When listing a house, the first thing we do is make a market study. It is very important to know how the market is behaving, is it a buyers market or are we experiencing a seller market. What is currently on the market, and what has been sold recently and at what price.

Property valuation

We provide a full property valuation, based on recent market prices, offer and demand, square meters, type of land, legality etc

Floor plans

One of the most frequently asked questions from foreign buyers is, are there floorpans available?

We will make floor plans of you property and include them in the listing information.

Staging

Prior to taking professional photos, it is important to stage each room if needed. We have a large inventory of attributes and decoration we can use to stage bedrooms, living rooms and make your property look like a Showhouse.

Professional photos and video

Probably this may be one of the most important features of a listing. The first impression buyers get, may at the same time be the last impression.

We provide professional photos, of high resolution, from the right angle with lots of sunlight. During the listing we make a video walkthrough of the property.

This way, potential buyers get a good feel of the property and layout well in advance.

Drone photos and video

Admittedly, taking a decent photo of the outside of the property isn't always the easiest thing to do, especially when the property is fenced by a wall.

With our special drone, that provides 4k quality pictures and video images, we can capture your property, providing the eye-catcher you want.

Facts tell, but a good story sells

95% of all property listing descriptions, state facts. Like, when you enter the house, there is this and that. When we move along, there is a first bedroom on the left hand side. Each bedroom has built in clossets etc.

There is nothing wrong with that, but each house has a story to tell, and stories sell. We provide a professional write up that tells the story of your property.

Maximum exposure

When selling a property, you want maximum exposure, right? Why work with only 1 or 2 agents, when you can get them all, competing to sell your property.
