Writing a property description is not always easy. Most agents write the same type of description, like, "We are proud to present...." or " upon entering the house we have this here and that room there"
Let's remember 1 thing, facts tell, but a good story sells.
We write descriptions that both inform the potential buyers and tell the story.
Below an example of one of our property descriptions.
When I first rang the doorbell at this house, I was sure Don Diega De La Vega or the Alcalde from the Zorro series would open the door. This house would fit straight in to a movie setting for it, I love it.
To be honest, this must be my favorite house of all times. I often have clients looking for "a typical Spanish house", but in reality the type of houses they have in mind, are those from the movies, and they don't come close to the real counrty houses we find in Spain. But this one has it all, seriously.
Built in the 70's, but reformed over the years since 2013, this hacienda, has been brought up to the living standards of today, preserving the charms and feel of a real Spanish and charming hacienda.
The main hall leads to 2 good sized bedroom on the groundfloor, a dining area, and the living room. The living room has a woodburner for the wintertime, and has big windows for lots of light in the summer. From there you can enter the garden with pool area. The garden also has a bamboo sitting area, and a wooden chalet, with airco.
From the dining area, we continue to the very spacious kitchen, with an American freezer - Fridge. The kitchen also has a good sized pantry.
On the ground level there is also a big bathroom, in original hacienda style.
From the kitchen you can walk outside to the courtyard with a waterwell. I'm sure you can imaging Sergeant Garcia sitting there with a big beer in his hand.
On the first floor there is another bathroom, and one more bedroom, a small one this time, and 2 mega sized bedroom, that have acces to a terrace and views to the pool area.
This amazing Hacienda is located 3 kilometers outside the town of Los Alcazàres, and has a good connection to the AP-7.
