It is important to know what kind of market we are in. Is it a buyer's market or a seller's market? What other houses are on the market in your area, and at what prices are they advertised? How long on average are properties on the market, and what is the average price per m²?
These are all important factors we want to get into, prior to listing your property.
A property that is overpriced will never sell and not attrack buyers that want to visit.
